INTERPRETING
Interpreting is a challenging discipline that is both a quiz of niche knowledge and a high-adrenaline sport. Our interpreters are incredibly good at expressing the message smoothly, as if they’re telling you their own stream of thoughts. Speech flows naturally and everyone gets the right information.
We interpret frequently between Czech and English, German, Polish, Ukrainian, French, Russian and Spanish, but we can also provide interpreters for more distant languages.
Our interpreters are available in Prague or anywhere else in the Czech Republic, and they can also travel abroad with you.
In simultaneous interpreting, the interpreter translates the speaker’s message into the target language in real time.
Working in pairs, they interpret to the audience through headphones. This usually requires special equipment, such as interpreter booths, headphones and microphones, all of which we can provide.

Simultaneous interpreting is typically used at events with large audiences where interpretation into several languages is required at the same time. This includes events such as professional conferences, congresses and online events with participants from many different countries.
We are proud to provide interpreting services at the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival and at high-level meetings of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic and UNICEF.
Chuchotage is a form of whispered simultaneous interpreting.
It can be done without any technical equipment in some situations. Otherwise, interpreters use a wireless set consisting of a microphone for the interpreter and a receiver for the listener.

If you are not sure whether chuchotage is sufficient for your purposes or whether you need interpretation with technical aids, please contact us and we will advise you.
In consecutive interpreting, the speaker delivers discrete sections of a speech, then pauses and lets the interpreter render what the speaker has said.
If these sections are long, the interpreter uses interpreting notes to remember everything. The advantage of consecutive interpreting is that it does not require sophisticated equipment. All you need is an interpreter with a pen and paper.
We regularly provide consecutive interpreting services to the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival and UNICEF.
A hard translation nut to crack? Send it our way.
No major congress or conference can be held without the necessary interpreting equipment, which we are happy to provide. We offer:

Mobile simultaneous interpreting booths – from those suitable for smaller venues to large soundproof booths that meet the stringent requirements of ISO 2603

sound systems – including (wireless) microphones

standard projection and audiovisual equipment

wireless technology for chuchotage interpreting for smaller events
We provide our interpreting equipment, including assembly, disassembly and on-site support, in the Czech Republic and abroad.
